Originally from Bayonne, NJ, Ian served US Navy Active Duty from 1998–2007 before relocating to Central Florida in 2014 with his wife and three daughters. A licensed builder, Realtor, and Mortgage Loan Originator, Ian has been building and selling custom homes since 2012. He serves as the direct liaison between every Kevco customer and the construction team — ensuring every detail is personal.
With over 30 years of combined experience in commercial and residential construction, Phil is the driving force behind every Kevco project from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. A licensed building contractor and real estate agent, Phil ensures that every home is delivered to the highest standard of quality.
